“help establish and maintain friendships from those memorable days at Shawnee High School and to perpetuate the traditions, spirit and camaraderie of schoolmates and faculty through the following activities:
a) Supporting Shawnee High School: Provide assistance in maintaining the physical and educational needs of Shawnee High School, whenever possible.
b) Maintaining Communications: Distribute publications, or other media as needed, to maintain communication with alumni.
c) Informing the Public: Maintain contact with the media concerning the history of Shawnee High School, activities of the Association, and notable achievements of alumni.
d) Encouraging Class Reunions: Render assistance to individual classes, or groups of classes, in promoting their reunions.
e) Promoting Student Activities and Scholarship: Recognize the participation in worthy activities of students currently attending, or recently graduated from, Shawnee High School.
f) Remembering Shawnee High School: Collect, safeguard, and display historical information, trophies, awards, and other forms of memorabilia for the enjoyment by alumni. “
